{ a.k.a: about me }
I’m a thirty-something woman who is enthralled with the simple beauty that is life. I live with my husband and dog, though the rest of my family and friends are but a heartbeat away.
I have been a photographer for as long as I can remember… I have always carried a camera around with me, and am surprised that some people are able to recognize me without the lens in front of my face. My passion for taking pictures is what drove me to start my own studio.
A few more personal tidbits:
- I’m a recent iMac convert, and I’m completely addicted to my iPhone.
- I am crazy about my mini-dachshund, Jasper. You’ll find lots & lots of photos of him here, as he’s one of my favorite models.
- I always, always have a camera with me at all times. It’s my favorite fashion accessory, though not necessarily the favorite of my husband and friends…
- I could visit Disneyland every day of the week and never get bored.
- My two favorite smells in the world are vanilla and beach bonfires.
- I feel very blessed to live in Orange County. This will always be my home.
- I often find myself viewing the world as if I’m looking through my camera and “framing” a shot, and thus am able to find beauty in the strangest of places.
