happy birthday, Jasper!

Happy birthday to my joy, my shadow, my patience-tester, my walking buddy & my clown… happy FIRST birthday to my dog, Jasper!

And even though today was just another day to Jasper, I felt like celebrating. I wished him a “happy birthday” as soon as I saw him this morning (while my husband stood by, rolling his eyes). And on my lunch break, I headed over to Three Dog Bakery to pick up something special for him. I brought back a small box of baked goodies for him to enjoy for the next few days.

Tonight’s treat: a PUPCAKE.

I got a bit sentimental last night, and put together a slideshow filled with my favorite moments thus far. So here, without further ado, is Jasper’s first year…
